Registration

Payment

Registration is secured with a $500 deposit and $50 registration fee. The $500 per person deposit will be applied to the total cost of the tour. $100 of the deposit and the $50 reservation fee are non-refundable.

Summer Church History Tour: Registration for this tour will be open until May 30th, 2024 or until full. The final payment (Balance Remainder) is due at that time, and will be non-refundable after June 7th, 2024. A waiting list will also be created for this tour using the same procedure as listed above.

Fall Church History Tour: Registration for this tour will be open until July 27, 2024 or until full. The final payment (Balance Remainder) is due at that time, and will be non-refundable after Aug 24, 2024. A waiting list will also be created for this tour using the same procedure as listed above.

American History Tour: Registration for this tour is open until Jan 13, 2024 with final payment (Balance Remainder) being due at that time. It will be non-refundable after Feb 3, 2024. Registrations will be accepted until we are full. Once full, the waiting list will be created and will require only the $50 registration fee which will be refunded if not moved onto the tour. If a space is made available and a “waiting list registrant” is moved onto the tour, payment in full is due within 3 business days of notification if after Jan 13, 2024.
